How to Order a Custom Portrait:
- Adjust the size and the number of subjects you would like on the same artwork.
- Add to cart and checkout
- Reply to the confirmation email with reference photos and any notes (or text if it is easier)

Common FAQ:
What if my pets won't pose together for a photo? You can send your favorite photos of each pet, and another picture of them in the same photo just for size reference.
What if I want an adjustment after it's done? When I send you a photo of your finished portrait(s), you'll be able to request small changes if necessary. If I can make the changes, I will! No extra cost.
I have a horse, is that okay? I do all animals, so yes! In fact even if it is a landscape scenery you'd like in my style just text or email me first to check.
Do you do people? Not in this style, because I would have to use more detail to get a person's features exact. You can order a Realism Portrait of a person though!
I need a rush order. Please always contact me before ordering something you need by a certain day. For example, if you have a birthday in November and it says "ordering for sometime in November" you should email to check if I can have it done and shipped by then. It may cost extra if it's very short notice.
What makes a good reference photo? Good lighting! Outdoor pets' photos should ideally be taken outside in the sun, and indoor pets should ideally be by a window for natural lighting.
Other Information:
This portrait will be made with soft pastel sticks on pastelmat paper, a thick card-like paper which you will frame in glass once it is shipped to you. The portrait does not come framed, instead I have attached a clear sheet of acid-free Glassine paper to protect the surface from smudging. Only once you are ready to frame it should you remove the glassine cover, hold from the very edges, and place it into the frame.
